Please note that not all products are returnable. We cannot accept customized products and incomplete, partial, and/or unauthorized returns. Returnable products should be in the same condition as when purchased.

The items need to be returned within 5 business days of receipt of the blank merchandise.

The restocking fee for blank merchandise is 15%.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges for returns.

If you received your order in error and products printed incorrectly, you have 5 business days of receipt of the merchandise to contact our customer service. Please don’t be late, as claims made after that time will not be reviewed.

Claim review and processing may take up to 5 business days to complete from the date of receipt of the goods. Any credits or refunds will be processed within 2 business days.


Once you place your order and approve it, we start its production. When we start producing your product, we cannot make any changes or cancellations to your order. However, we will make every possible effort to comply with your request.

If you cancel your order, you will be charged a $45.00 service fee plus any production charges accrued at the time of cancellation. Please be very careful when you approve your order.
